| For those of you new to the Dayton Waters experience, there is no way to prepare you for one of his shows other than to say, "Get Ready!" He is passionate and tireless. He takes you with him on a journey of memories and music with an intensity seldom found in a nightclub performance. His original music is heart-wrenching, uplifting and even funny at times, but it is also a window into the soul of a proverbial poet-warrior. He prefers to play pubs so he can make eye contact with each member of the audience, but his music makes you feel as if you are at a stadium concert and will captivate you as much as the emotion he so freely shares while performing. Every show is a testament to the life that has brought him before us. Get to a show... and GET READY! |

| Dayton Update! WILL SPRING EVER SPRING IN HOT SPRINGS?? While I was looking at Dayton's current calendar, it occurred to me that this dude is gonna need a vacation before to long!! WOW!! Talk about a busy schedule!! If you can't get your Dayton fix in the coming weeks, you may be an addict!! But that's actually a good thing!! All of us at Unknown Legends Artists and Dayton Waters, Inc., would like to thank you for an incredible year of music, fun and friendship. You know that without you, none of this is possible. Thank you and may 2009 bring you all the joy and success you can handle!! Hot Springs Within a few days of this publication, the Spa will be bucking it's heels at Oaklawn Racetrack for the return of the ponies and the 2009 Race Meet! Hot Springs grows exponentially during this season and the atmosphere is electric (acoustic-electric, that is). This is a perfect time to place your bets and get out into the Spa City nightlife!! A sure winner every time is Dayton Waters! If you're in Hot Springs for the track, don't miss this act!! You WIN by being at his PLACE for every SHOW!! (..Ugh. That was pretty bad, even for me! Sorry.) The more things change, the more they stay the same. One staple of reality is that The Big Chill is Arkansas' finest acoustic venue. The Chill is the only place in Hot Springs that offers live music six nights a week. Of course, one of the workhorses of that stable is our own Dayton Waters. At least a couple of Wednesdays a month finds Dayton on the prestigious Big Chill stage. One weekend a month you'll find him there with Grant Pierson - together they are The Pierson-Waters Project - and that is a show you don't want to miss! Big Chill - 910 Higdon Ferry Rd., Spa City. Don't have time to have a bad time at The legendary Maxine's provides some of the finest live music to be found anywhere! Jeremy and his staff work very hard to seek out the very best in live entertainment and bring it to you in a way that would make Maxine Jones proud. Not only can you catch Dayton Waters on that stage of renown, but you should make a point to see any or all of the acts that perform there. If they are on the Maxine's stage, they're good. Period. This beautiful split-level venue is a walk back into the time when gangsters and speak-easies were the flavor of the day in the Hot Springs! Dayton has many dates booked there and you should grab your fedora, come in and enjoy a quality cigar, great food and awesome music provided by Dayton "Lefty" Waters! Capone's is on Central Avenue directly downtown, across from Bathhouse Row. Dad's Place is a wonderful pub that lies streetside Park Avenue in the Velda Rose Hotel. The Velda Rose is a great place to stay while you're in town and how much better can you get than having Dayton perform in your hotel?? See ya at Dad's Place!! Texarkana On the 3rd Friday of any month, head out I-30 West to the Nash exit and go north for a few miles. Watch the left side of the road for a sign that says something about Dayton Waters and you are at Lee's Catfish. As long as the weather is right, Dayton will be playing on the picturesque patio whereupon you can get the finest catfish dinner in a three state area. If the weather is not so perfect, never fear, Dayton will be inside for your Texark fix of the hottest live music show around! NEW VENUE ALERT!! Quincey's Irish Pub is on Stateline Avenue and has invited Dayton to rock them out!! All our fans in the Bordertown need to come support your boy and Quincey's!! See the calendar page for exact dates! Dardenelle The rivertown has a top-notch restaurant and bar located right there on Front Street - it's Daly's Downtown.
